What crypto exchanges are saying about the crypto market scenario
Sathvik Vishwanath, CEO and co-founder of Unocoin said, “On Tuesday, around 95 percent of the top 100 coins and tokens ended in the red zone. Well-known coins, namely Bbitcoin and Ethereum lost about 8.6 percent and 9.7 percent, respectively. The rest of the market was down between 0.5-5 percent. The biggest hit was taken by Helium which lost about 11 percent in just one day. This kind of high fluctuation was not expected. The rest of the week is expected to have more of such bearishness in the global crypto market based on the pattern where a bear market in the mid-week usually lasts till the weekend.”
weTrade founder Prashant Kumar offered his take on the market scenario as well, “The global cryptocurrency market for the second consecutive day managed to stay in the green with a 2-percent increase in 24 hours even as the market cap stayed under the $1 trillion mark due to global economic factors. With the impending Ethereum Merge, the performance of the coin is likely to see a boost. Ethereum saw an increase of approximately 4 percent, taking it closer to $1,600. Meanwhile, Bitcoin continued to hold support above the key $20,000 mark.”
